1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by TrruSocial, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TrruSocial provides social media management, content creation, performance marketing, and brand strategy services. The specific scope of work for any project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all creative content produced by TrruSocial remains the intellectual property of TrruSocial until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the content for its intended purpose.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the individual project proposals. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

TrruSocial is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or the performance of any marketing campaigns.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
